Remove the EndoCervex-Brush® from its packaging.

Insert the EndoCervex-Brush® in the endocervical canal.

Rotate the EndoCervex-Brush® one time.

A. Liquid-Based Pap Preparation
1. Insert the EndoCervex-Brush® into the vial with preservative fluid and follow the instruction given by the manufacturer of the Pap Preparation method.

2. Reseal the vial.

B. Traditional Pap Preparation
1. Transfer the cell material to the slide with a painting action, first one side, then the other.

2. Immediately, apply fixative to the slide.

Rovers® EndoCervex-Brush® should not be used after the first 10 weeks of gestation in pregnant patients.  Caution: Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
